Inner Self

Rested Mind

A lot of time, money and energy is spent on taking care of the body in order to keep ourselves fit and look great. The need is also to have similar vigour when it comes to taking care of the Mind. Between our body (including our brain) and mind, the driver is our mind, which more often than not is allowed to let go untrained and unkempt.

High Level Description:

Rested Mind of an organization helps build an ecosystem of success, confidence, creativity and oneness.

With more turbulent times and more uncertainties around, the more important it becomes for an organization to have its people have rested minds. Those are the times when the organization needs to be very effective and creative to overcome the challenges.

A very important success factor for any organization is the collective peace of mind. A mind which is devoid of frustration, insecurity and constant fluctuation. A mind which fosters creativity and effectiveness, even in times of turbulence.

Learning Outcome:

Participants at the end of the training program will be able to:

  • Understand the importance of taking good care of mind.

  • Learn practical tips and techniques which are simple yet very powerful to let the mind experience the rest it deserves

  • Be role models (especially the leaders) in the times of turbulence, change or transformation.

The Power of Full Engagement

To be effective and be at peak performance, being Calm, Happy and Energized are three essential traits of leaders. It is not only about brain power but is also the energy at physical, emotional and psychological levels, that determines our ability to give peak performance in the dynamic and ever-changing world we are in.

High Level Description:

Managing energy, not time is the key to enduring high performance as well as the key to health, happiness and life balance. The quantity and quality of energy is not fixed and this idea has the power to change the way you view your professional and personal life.

Full engagement requires drawing on four separate but related dimensions of energy: Physical; Emotional; Mental and Spiritual.

Because energy capacity diminishes with both overuse and underuse, we must learn to balance energy expenditure with intermittent energy renewal. We need to build positive energy rituals– highly specific routines for managing energy as these hold the key to full engagement and sustained high performance.

Learning Outcome:

Participants at the end of the training program will be able to:

  • Understand Energy vs Time Management, which is more important and why

  • Internalize the concept of energy enhancement

  • Differentiate between the 4 dimensions of Energy

  • Learn the need for Energy Renewal

  • Gain practical, simple yet powerful techniques for mind relaxation

  • Learn Power of Rituals and Neuroscience of Habit formation

Happiness at Work

We all want to be happy. As we grow in an organization, our prosperity increases with perks and promotions, but not necessarily our happiness.

On the other hand, there have been path-breaking recent research from branches of Neuroscience and Positive Psychology which throw light on tools and techniques of how to achieve lasting happiness. We can leverage the findings to increase our own happiness levels both personally and professionally.

High Level Description:

In our minds, happiness is tied to being successful – “once I’m successful, I’ll be happy!” Research shows that it is the other way around. If we are happy, that leads to success. Happier people are more productive at work & grow faster. An organization that has happy employees will have higher job satisfaction and motivation, leading to improved performance & higher profits.

In the workshop, we explore why happiness is important at work, what it means to be happy and how to be happy at work. By reflecting on best experiences at work that made us happy, we focus on results vs. relationships at work and its impact on happiness. We explore the science of happiness, the construct used for scientific study, learn each of the elements of the construct through live examples and exercises.
