High Performance Mindset
Why?
Attitudes and behaviours are fundamental to the well-being and growth of an individual as well as an organization. Having the right mind-set helps drive the right behaviours which can shape destiny.

High Level Description:
There is a saying “We don’t see things as they are, we see them as we are”. Our preconceptions can dramatically alter the way we perceive the world.
Our attitude determines our ability to grow and to learn, overcome challenges, and create bonds with others. We explore positive thinking and can-do attitude; the concept of intellectual curiosity and its importance; locus of control and how it influences accountability. We delve into growth and fixed mindsets and the neuroscience behind it; the effect of effort and failure and how to overcome challenges; comfort zone – the need to get out of it. And finally, the need for an open mind without which none of the above is possible.

Learning Outcome:
Participants at the end of the training program will be able to:
- Appreciate why mind-set is important
- Learn steps to attitude change

- Discover their own mindset w.r.t. growth vs. fixed mind-set

The Power of Trust
Why?
With increasing modernization, nuclear families, people stretched for time, higher corruption, there is a feeling that Trust is one of those ‘good-to-haves’ rather than a must-have. It’s a soft thing and cannot be measured. Yet, it is one of the most fundamental building blocks of society and of organizations.

High Level Description:
Trust is a confident belief in someone or something. It is a competency that can be built effectively and it measurable. It is the lubricant of working relationships between friends or business associates.
In the workshop, we delve into various aspects of trust. For example, Clarity – People trust what is transparent and mistrust the ambiguous. Or Competency - People trust those who are competent in what they do. We learn how to build those traits effectively so that we are trustworthy.

For trust to be most effective between two people, they need to be trustworthy and also trusting in nature. Finally, they need to extend trust to each other. We learn the tools and techniques for being more trusting and for extending trust.

Assertiveness
Why?
Being assertive is a core communication skill. It means that we express ourselves effectively and stand up for our point of view, while also respecting the rights and beliefs of others.

High Level Description:
Being assertive can also help boost our self-esteem and earn others' respect. This can help with stress management, especially if we tend to take on too many responsibilities because we have a hard time saying no.​
Some people seem to be naturally assertive. But if we're not one of them, we can learn to be more assertive.
We explore what is assertiveness and the need for it. We assess and understand our behaviour pattern. We explore the differences between different styles such as Assertive vs. non-assertive vs. aggressive. For each of these three styles, we explore the verbal and non-verbal indicators. We also learn techniques of developing assertiveness.
