Why we are unique
Mr. Suman Ghose holds an undergraduate degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur & an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
As cofounder of Inroads Leadership Development, Suman has coached and trained numerous middle to senior management people and executive leadership. Prior to that, he has over two decades of corporate work experience in some of the world’s top multinational companies such as Cadbury’s, Intel, Philips and PwC.
His experience spans areas of Practice Building, Program Management, SAP (ERP) Consulting, Business Consulting & Logistics. He has worked in cross-cultural & virtual environments with global experience working in Asia-Pacific (Korea) & Europe (Germany).
Suman is coauthor of a best-selling book on Emotional Intelligence namely "From Command to Empathy - Using EQ in the age of Disruption". It is published by HarperCollins and was in the Amazon Best Reads list in April 2018. You can find details of the book here.

Mr. Abhay Nigam holds an undergraduate degree from MANIT, Bhopal, post-graduate Executive Management from IIM Calcutta and Strategy & Leadership from Ashridge Business School, London.
He has over 19 years’ work experience in the corporate world having worked in some of the top prestigious companies such as Bajaj Auto, Satyam Computers, Airtel & Philips.
His experience spans areas of Supplier Management, Negotiations and large Program Management.
His experience spans areas of IT Supplier Management, Negotiations and large IT Program Management. His strengths include negotiation, multi-disciplinary team management, grooming leadership and Coaching.
He has been trained on Coaching skills by Neuro Leadership Group following the ICF (International Coach Federation) methodology as part of ICF certification program.
His unique style of blending Emotional Quotient with Intelligence Quotient building on softer aspects like rested mind, individual and organizational energy enhances the effectiveness of his Coaching conversations.
Ms. Veena Ramagopalan has a versatile experience of over 23 years in the industry – Corporate and Defense.
She is an ex-Naval officer from the first batch of women officers of the Indian Navy. Thereafter, she worked in various companies including Philips for over 13 years, holding senior Strategic roles.
Veena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from GCT, Coimbatore. She has enriching corporate career, her experience spans across Strategic & Process Consultancy, Business excellence, Quality Assurance & Quality Management including in-depth subject knowledge, implementation experience of various quality models like CMMI, ISO 20000/ ITIL and Six Sigma.
She is qualified as a Coach from Erickson Coaching International, ICF accredited Coach training program. She is also a certified Scrum Master, 6 Sigma Green Belt, Prince 2 practitioner.
She is passionate about connecting with people - sharing her experience, challenging & supporting them to reach their goal by creating self-awareness and overcoming their limiting beliefs.
She enjoys engaging and inspiring women leaders, help them to accelerate their leadership abilities, integrate seamlessly in the organisation workforce.
How it all started
After having graduated out of premier institutes such as IIT & IIM, we grew as IT professionals and over the years rose to senior leadership positions in various multi-national companies.
With all the ‘hard’ skills under our belt, we were keenly aware that 'the soft stuff is the hard stuff' and that there was a lack of such skills, competencies and mindsets across industries and organisations. This gave birth to a vision to train, coach and empower future leaders and consult with organisations.
Our Experts & Consultants
Dr. Aparna Rao
Dr Aparna Rao combines neuropsychological expertise and training from Harvard and M.I.T. with her Eastern philosophical approach of holistic mind and body development. She has a doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D.) with post-doctoral training in Neuropsychology from Harvard Medical School.
Dr Rao holds a graduate degree in Business from Harvard Business School. This enables her to take a systems-based approach and think strategically about how an individual's unique "Learning MRI" and social-emotional profile can be best served with the right 'fit’ in terms of learning, career and social environment.
Dr Rao's training in sports psychology coupled with a vast neuropsychological tool-kit, enables her to assess aspiring athletes and reveal their neurocognitive strengths. Dr Rao has also completed graduate work in the Creative Arts Therapies driven by her love for the arts. It enhances her appreciation for alternative, holistic modalities and she advises on design of experiential learning modalities, such as role-plays, movement, visualization and other art forms.
Ms. Neeraja Ganesh
Neeraja’s professional experience of 25 years has been in the Information Technology industry managing large teams, delivery of IT projects, Operational excellence and customer delight for large banking captives.
Since she is very passionate about facilitating people to reach their full potential, most of her teams have been established, groomed and grown organically. She has mentored and coached new leaders, first time leaders to understand their leadership style, and utilise their strengths to grow themselves and their teams. She has a very strong inclination to get the women in India to have a positive mindset, become confident and go all out to reach their potential. With this intent, she has driven Diversity and Inclusion programs in the organisations that she worked in and also, volunteered and mentored outside her organisation to support this cause.
She decided to switch her career to work in the space of gender diversity after having mentored women from diverse experiences, age groups, industries and domains, to help them grow in their careers. She believes that much needs to be done to show the path to women in our country who have the innate talent but lack the knowledge of where to find help in terms of mentoring, coaching, networking and, more importantly, understanding that these are important elements in one’s professional growth. After volunteering for a couple of years with various initiatives to help the cause of gender diversity, she decided to switch from her corporate career to head the JobsForHer Foundation which has been setup to bridge the gender gaps in the country.
Dr. Vinay Dabholkar
Dr. Vinay Dabholkar brings deep expertise in Innovation and is the co-author of the book “8 steps to Innovation”. He has 10 year of consulting experience in the field of Innovation. He has conducted over 100 innovation workshops.
He holds an undergraduate B. Tech (Hons.) degree from IIT Bombay & a Ph.D in Computer Science from SUNY Buffalo, USA.
On teaching front, Vinay has been Guest faculty at IIM Bangalore since 2010 and visiting faculty at Social Entrepreneurship program at TISS Mumbai also since 2010.
Before starting the consulting business, he worked for 10 years in the technology industry and has been part of both the services and products business.
Vinay's specialities include Innovation management, fostering a culture of innovation, technical leadership development and moving up the value chain (MUTVC). He has written over 300 blogs on Innovation.
Ms. Bhavna Toor
Ms. Bhavna Toor's passion centers on the intersection between Mindful Leadership and Women’s Leadership.
Bhavna has been helping to build leaders and mentor entrepreneurs for over 5 years, including as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the GSF Global Accelerator and previously as the CEO and Director of the National Social Entrepreneurship Forum, helping to create a supportive eco-system for over 10,000 young social entrepreneurs. Prior to that, Bhavna had a 9-year long celebrated career on Wall Street, most recently as a Vice President at a top investment firm in New York.
As a passionate women’s leadership coach, Bhavna has spoken on various platforms including TEDx, and has worked with high-potential women at leading companies like Societe Generale, Citi Bank, Hewlett Packard, Dell and Misys.
Bhavna is a founding member of the Womensphere Global Network, an alumna of GIFT’s Global Young Leaders, the Startup Leadership Program, the Piramal Fellowship, and has an MBA in Social Impact from New York University’s Stern School of Business. Bhavna has lived in 6 different countries, and brings a global understanding and sensitivity to her work.
Mr. M G Raghuraman (MG)
MG as he is popularly known, was till recently, the Chief Information Officer of Mphasis. Backed by a deep and diverse 37 years of industry experience - involving Government (Railways), Global IT, Corporate Leadership and CIO experience, he has launched into the Executive Coaching and Leadership Consulting space. He has recently qualified as a Professional Certified Coach of the International Coaching Federation, and is passionately committed to adding value to corporate managers and leaders through coaching and mentoring. He thrives on the class room experience and packs his workshop sessions with role plays, compelling story telling and visualisation catalysing powerful self-exploration.
He had been with Mphasis, a Global IT services company for the last 15 years starting with the erstwhile EDS in 2001. During his long tenure in EDS and Mphasis, he held leadership positions in delivering IT services in Software Application Management, Infrastructure Outsourcing and BPO to International and Domestic Clients. He has acquired wide and deep experience in Global IT delivery servicing international clients largely in North America.
Ms. Kitty Brouwer
Kitty is Dutch, lives in Holland and has studied Technology Management (Bachelor Engineering) in Groningen and Supply Chain Management (Masters) in Amsterdam.
She has a great and deep passion about life and the Universe, Human behavior, travelling, culture, nature, science and consciousness development.
She has over two decades of corporate experience of which the last 16 years has been with Royal Philips Electronics based in the Netherlands. Some of her achievements are as follows:

Ms. Manisha Singh
Manisha is the founder of Immiraki, an Image Coaching practice that is based on the principles of bringing out the inner brilliance and uniqueness of individuals in the way they present themselves. Her coaching practice is backed up with 13 years of corporate experience with companies like Dell, IBM and Unisys. She has done a variety of roles like operations management, managing global service delivery for IT Helpdesks and managing client relations.
Her interest and passion lie in equipping individuals with knowledge of crucial aspects of positive image management which are essential for success. Manisha has conducted workshops for senior leaders at leading companies like IBM, Cartesian Consulting, Information Services Group, Strengthscape, Sociate Generale and Target.
Manisha is passionate about helping women express themselves fearlessly and powerfully in all spheres of their lives. She works extensively with women from diverse backgrounds to help them get ready for their next level of success. She loves running innovative projects that help her motivate women to discover their strengths and follow their true passion.
Ms. Anita Jain
Anita is an MBA with over 15 years of experience in customer services, banking operations, relationship management, entrepreneurship and sales. She has worked in Taj Hotels, Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase Bank and Hyatt Hotels.
Anita is a founder of Amoli Talents, a boutique recruitment firm based in Bangalore with partners in Hyderabad and US. Her work is split between growing the company and working with the team on all areas of recruitment, processes, solutions and motivation.
When away from Amoli which she rarely is, Anita enjoys yoga or tending to her yard and exploring nature & wilderness. She loves to indulge in adventure sports.
Mr. Avik Chanda
Avik Chanda has donned multiple roles throughput his career, as corporate leader, management consultant, painter, poet, novelist and business author. He holds a graduation degree in economics from Presidency College, Kolkata, and a master’s from the Delhi School of Economics.
He has over two decades of experience as a management consultant, working with some of the world’s largest organizations, as part of his tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte. He has a proven track record in key leadership and organizational roles. His work has been published in over than 20 international literary journals. Avik has to his credit a solo exhibition of paintings held in Kolkata, as well as two poetry collections.
His debut novel, Anchor, was published by HarperCollins in 2015, to high critical acclaim. His business book, From Command To Empathy, co-authored with Suman Ghose, has been published by HarperCollins, to rave review from leaders in industry, academia and the national press. Avik presently works as an independent consultant, business adviser, trainer and author.
